| | Smashing Pumpkins - To Sheila | ] | So the ever anticipated trip to Borders to meet Anthony Rapp occurred last night, and it was wonderful. When we arrived, we scurried to get books and receive our numbers (we were 290, 291, and 292). After purchasing our books we went and hid behind a book shelf where we could see Anthony Rapp over the crowds of screaming fangirls. He read a piece from him book and answered some questions then sang La Vie Boheme (note the big bookshelf in the back; WE WERE RIGHT THERE!) and went upstairs to start signing his book. We went and hid in a catholicism section and fooled around with my camera while waiting.
 Kara and Nina...the excitement mounts...
Anthony Rapp, talking and being adorable.
Hanging out in the religious book section.
Don't dis The Da Vinci Code.
 Me being emo..duh..
Orgasm/Creepy Vampire Picture The Second (this being the first)
They put me in a religious book section..what did they think I was going to do?
OH MY GOD OH MY GOD IT'S US AND MARK AHHHHHHH!!
Over all it was a successful and exciting trip (and now we know what happens when Nina/book store employees have my camera)
Go listen to RENT. Now. |

| | Iron And Wine/Calexico - History of Lovers | ] | Okay, so i don't have any pretty pictures for you this time. I know you're disappointed. You can come cry on my shoulder if you want.
So the first two days of midterms have past and just one more remains. So far, it hasn't been all that bad, but obviously I'm not enjoying it.
Let's back track a little..I guess to the last thing I remember from this month, and that is my birthday. Friday the 13th. Four day weekend of happy. Thursday night, Noah and I watched some crazy 80's horror movie. It was disgusting and a woman got raped by a tree. We have really good taste in movies. Friday night there was ouija and The Producers at Christina's house with a few people. The next week consisted of studying until Friday night when I went up to blue and joined in the ski and snowboard club fun. And now it's..now. I'm exhausted, can you tell?
This week has been insanely stressful, but fun at the same time. Between testing and study groups, I'm generally satisfied with everything. Yeah, things have been going well.
Excuse me while i collapse on my math book.
I lied..there is one picture...

Saturday night: New Year's Eve. I went over to Nina's around 7:30 to help set up for our gathering and watch Fawlty Towers. It was an exciting evening, and here are some pictures to prove it:
Nina, getting ready (she'll kill me when she sees I have posted this)
There's a burnt one! Look! Look!
 Ben. He makes me smile.
 Jason, being...Jason.
Shall we do the hampster? I think we shall.
Looking slightly more attractive here I would say.
Noah..he's either attacking me or eating the camera..or doing something completely different.
 Swavy!
 More of Jason being himself.
Christina and Sam. Offically the best picture ever.
Emily, in an emo picture competition with Noah.
 Noah won.
 Ben and Zoe..and..Jason..
I left Nina's around two, then went to bed shortly after. Sunday, the last day of break was extremely uneventful. I got a pizza. It was good. This is all.
And now we're back at school. At home with Lipinski..because he lives there..duh. |

| An adventure to write about. |
[Dec. 28th, 2005|01:28 pm] |
Tuesday morning, I was up at nine, and literally running to the train station at 10:30 to meet Christina, Emily, and Jeannie for our super "lets ride the train down to market east adventure". I immediately began documenting our trip by means of my new digital camera =]
 Christina...
"Ridin' a train, high on cocaine" yes, they sang.
 escalator!
 more escalator!
Jeannie wearing a hat. (before they told us to stop taking pictures in whatever store we were in.)
I was trying to be artsy, but she kept moving at the wrong time.
I think I'm acutally scared of this one.
 IT'S ARTSY..or not..
 Jeannie.
OH MY GAWD LOOK WHO WE FOUND AT READING TERMINAL!! MASON!
 They're discusting.
 But I love them.
 She just CAN'T STAND STILL!
 Awesome hat.
 13th street.
 Jeannie, Emily, Christina.
 12th and Walnut.
They must look away at exactly the wrong time...
Christina, afraid that Jeannie is putting us on the wrong train and thereby killing us all.
 Em stealing Christina's ice cream.
 It's okay, we're alive.
After we got home, I immediately rushed to Plymoth Meeting to GAY COWBOYS. Yes, Nina and I finally saw Brokeback Mountain. It was basically a chickflick but with two guys. I'm not generally into chickflicks..at all, but let me say that they were the cutest gay cowboys you ever did see, and minus all the sex scenes, Nina and I spent the whole movie going "Awwwww" until the end when we cried.
Later that night, Jason and I went over to Noah's and watched Eight Crazy Nights while I raved on about gay cowboys, The Da Vinci Code, and Lonesome Dove, sound unusal? I was home by 11, due to my bizarre sudden curfew, but I watched Seinfeld dvds and turned up my heat really high.
This concludes my livejournal post of doom. Hope you enjoyed it. |

You heard us, we're rebels. I would try and understand how this works exactly, but my computer moniter is defective and I don't really feel like attempting to figure out which color is which, so that's it. Yes, that's it. |
